1. Arrivals and departures:
The rooms (Louison Bobet, Marco Pantani, Bernard Hinault, Eros Poli, Eddy Merckx, Richard Virenque, Raymond Poulidor) are available from 3 p.m. and must be vacated before 11 a.m.
The villas (Lavande, Cerise, Amandine, Abricotine, Picholine, Ventoux) are available from 4 p.m. and must be vacated before 10 a.m.
The apartments (Col des abeilles, Col des tempêtes, Col de la gabelle, Col de la madeleine) are available from 3:30 p.m. and must be vacated before 10:30 a.m.
Check-in is at the reception of the SPA des Sources du Gros Noyer before 6 p.m. After 6 p.m., call Sofy at 06.61.10.52.38 from the SPA parking lot, she will meet you.
The keys given to you upon arrival must be returned in full upon your departure.
2. Cancellation conditions:
For rooms and apartments:
Standard rate, cancellation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
Non-cancellable, non-refundable rate due in full.
For villas:
A deposit of 30 % is required upon reservation.
Free cancellation 91 days or more prior to arrival.
Cancellation between 90 and 61 days before arrival, 30% of the reservation is due.
Cancellation between 60 and 31 days before arrival, 50% of the reservation is due.
After 30 days or in case of no-show, the full amount is due.
3. Payment:
Accepted upon arrival: secure payments by credit card, checks, holiday vouchers, cash or immediate transfers.
4. Deterioration supplement:
Any breakage or damage to the accommodation and/or its equipment will be charged to you.
5. Children:
Children under 14 years old are not allowed in the rooms of the hotel residence and SPA.
Children under 10 years old are not allowed in the apartments.
Our pools are secured by a fence or alarm. Accompanying adults are responsible for closing the gates or activating the alarms. We decline all liability in the event of an accident.
6. Electricity:
Electricity consumption is included in rooms and apartments.
We draw your attention to the responsible use of your consumption.
In the villas, electricity consumption is included up to €50 for a period of 7 days. Beyond this amount, payment of the excess may be requested on the day of departure. A meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure at the villa.
It is strictly forbidden to plug in your electric vehicles. Charging stations are available
arrangement in the village.
7. Animals:
Pets are not allowed in the Hotel Residence and SPA, nor in the apartments.
Animals are allowed in the villas but are not allowed in the sheets or in the swimming pool (risk of damage to the reinforced PVC).
If you do not follow these instructions, we may ask you for an additional cleaning fee for your sheets.
The villas should be left in a proper state of cleanliness after your departure.
The towels we provide are not permitted in the pool.
8. Capacity:
The number of people occupying the accommodation must not exceed the capacity provided by the owner.
9. Obligations:
All our accommodations are non-smoking.
Respect the peace and quiet in each accommodation, so as not to disturb the villas, rooms or apartments around you.
