You can absolutely do this, however, you will have to pay the additional cost. However, the reverse is not possible; we do not refund the difference on a gift card.

Yes, a locker is available for you to store your belongings. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of items within the spa.

For treatments, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time to ensure it is not cut short. Any cancellation of a treatment appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
